SATURDAY  - 10am – 5pm

Call to schedule your appointment. We can usually take early or late appointments.  Please inquire when you call about the latest possible times to schedule your appointment. It varies depending on your therapist and service scheduling.  Sometimes we schedule clients to start as late at 6:30pm for a 1-2 hour service. Sometimes we can start massage/facials appointments as early as 9:00am Tuesday – Saturday.

 

See #2 Building on Map for location. On the East side of Mopac Expressway feter. On the same side of Mopac as the Domain Mall. Spa Salute' is NOT in a shopping mall or strip or at The Doman. We are on & face the Mopac Expressway.

DIRECTIONS:

From Mopac Highway 1 South:  Take the Capital of Texas/BRAKER Exit.  Pass Capital of Texas and go through the Braker light.  After pass the Braker light you'll be traveling on Mopac expressway feter. On the Right side of you will be Braker Point buildings (Harcourt in the Center).  Pass the 1st Braker Pointe entrance. Go to the 2nd Braker Pointe entrance - make RIGHT (you'll see a white sign that has SALUTE on it), then immediate LEFT to Braker Pointe Building 2 (University of Phoenix building) and park. Spa Salute' is in the LOBBY down the hall by the Women's restroom of Building 2.

From Mopac Highway 1 North:  Take the BRAKER Exit.  Make LEFT at Braker light. Go over Mopac Freeway overpass & at the light which is at the end of the overpass - Make another immediate LEFT onto Mopac expressway feter road (as if you were getting back on Mopac going back North).  On the Right side of you will be Braker Point buildings (Harcourt in the center).  Pass the 1st Braker Pointe entrance. Go to the 2nd Braker Pointe entrance - make RIGHT (you'll see a white sign that has SALUTE on it), then immediate LEFT to Braker Pointe Building 2 (Univision & Pulte Home building). Spa Salute' is in the LOBBY down the hall by the Women's restroom of Building 2.

We will ask for a major credit card to reserve all appointments.

 

-  Nothing will be charged to your account until services are rendered or fee

   may be charged to your account for failure to cancel/reschedule within the

   appropriate amount of time or failure to appear for appointment scheduled.  See cancellation/reschedule policy.

 

MONDAY thru FRIDAY appointment CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING OR NO SHOW POLICY - Individuals (NOT groups of 2 or more with 2 or more services)

-  IF you cancel after 48 hours to the time of your service(s), you are responsible for paying 50% of each service price scheduled (not the gratuity).  Example:  Therapeutic Facial $90 (will be charged $45 cancellation/reschedule/no show fee).

-  If you have a gift certificate from Spa Salute' and it was purchased at full price, you will forfeit half of the value of your gift certificate. 

-  If you gift certificate was purchased at a special/promotional price, you forfeit the entire gift certificate. 

-  If you have a Living Social, Mammapedia, Morgan's Deal or any other Third Party voucher, you will forfeit the entire voucher. 

 

SATURDAY appointment CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING OR NO SHOW POLICY - Individuals (NOT groups of 2 or more with 2 or more services)

-  IF you cancel after 72 hours to the time of your service(s), you are responsible for paying 50% of each service price scheduled (not the gratuity).  Example:  Therapeutic Facial $90 (will be charged $45 cancellation/reschedule/no show fee).

-  If you have a gift certificate from Spa Salute' and it was purchased at full price, you will forfeit half of the value of your gift certificate. 

-  If you gift certificate was purchased at a special/promotional price, you forfeit the entire gift certificate. 

-  If you have a Living Social, Mammapedia, Morgan's Deal or any other Third Party voucher, you will forfeit the entire voucher. 

 

ENTIRE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Upon scheduling your service(s) our spa coordinator will ask for a major credit card or gift certificate number or third party voucher to reserve/secure all appointments.  We usually ask this of new clients, so we may have a credit card on file.  Nothing will be charged to your account until services are rendered or a fee may be charged to your account for failure to cancel/reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled service time for Saturday appointments OR within 48 hours of your scheduled service time for appointments Monday thru Friday You are responsible for paying (50% of each service price (not the gratuity).  Example:  Therapeutic Facial $90 (will be charged $45 cancellation/reschedule/no show fee.

 

If you have a gift certificate from Spa Salute' and it was purchased at full price, you will forfeit half of the value of your gift certificate.

Cancelling/rescheduling spa package services or 2 services or more: Require 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled service time. Canceling/Rescheduling your spa package after 72 hours will result in charges of 50% of services scheduled.  IF there is a medical reason and proof is provided to the spa, then there will just be a $25 charge per service of the services scheduled.  Proof must be given to spa within 7 days from the date of scheduled services.

 

Clients scheduling one or more services are required to give a 48 hours notice for all cancellations/rescheduling for appointments Monday thru Friday AND 72 hours notice for all cancellations/rescheduling for appointments on Saturday.  Each appointment is specially reserved for you.  Clients whom do not provide proper notice will be charged accordingly. See other rules above that may apply to you.

 

GROUP/SPA Parties (2 or More Persons with 1 or More Services:  Require 7 (seven) days notice prior to your scheduled appointment of service(s).  Therefore, if you Cancel/Reschedule your services after 7 days, you will be charged 50% of service(s) scheduled price via your credit card or gift certificate on file – given the gift certificate was purchased at regular price. Any gift certificates purchased at a special/promotions price may be forfeited.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:  Cash, Debit Card, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Checks, American Express, Gift Certificates and some restricted Third Party Vouchers.

 

REFUND POLICY: There are NO refunds on Gift Certificates.  Although, there are special circumstances the owner may consider, however, if a refund is given on a Gift Certificate there will be a 20% deduction for the price of the Gift Certificate.  Products may be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase, if there is an allergic reaction.  If there is not an allergic reaction and the client simply changes his/her mind, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the product must be packaged exactly the way it was sold - no seal should be broken.  Any products purchased and not returned within 5 days from the date of purchase will not be refunded.  Client's who have written a check will not receive the refund until the funds have cleared - so there will be a 14 day waiting period from the date of purchase.  We will simply refund your money via check after 14 days from the purchase date.
